Man shot in the neck by neighbors shooting at pumpkins and paper targets

William Vance, of Bowie County, Texas was on the back side of his property when he was shot in the neck. The bullet came from a nearby wooded area.
Police investigated and found a group of 11 people, ages 12 to 52, taking turns shooting a 12 gauge shotgun, a .22 rifle, a .380 pistol, and a 9mm pistol. They were shooting at pumpkins, paper targets on a tree, and a board.
Police are still determining if criminal charges will be filed. Vance is in the hospital in stable condition.
Ohh shoot.
