A 22-year-old Michigan man turned his guns over to police after firing a shot which hit a neighbor's house. The man was cleaning his handgun late one night when the gun fired and a bullet went though his wall and struck the neighbor's house.
This was not the first time he unintentionally fired his gun while he was cleaning it. He promised his mother he would get rid of his guns if it happened again.
Police took a 9mm handgun, a .380-caliber handgun and a rifle.
