26-year-old Christa Engles, of Tulsa, Oklahoma, was changing her 1-year-old daughter's diaper when her 3-year-old son found a loaded, unlocked semiautomatic handgun
under the couch. The toddler unintentionally discharged the weapon, shooting his mother in the head.
Soon after, Christa's mother arrived at the home and found her and the two children covered in blood. Christa was rushed to the hospital where she died a short time later.
Christa was an enrolled military member. Police report there were several guns in the home.
Here we have the real war on women.

Too many cases, that are simply the cases of human ignorance and simply the loved ones who mustn't be killed are killed accidentally. These things shows that how these guns are used when they were not to be.
